Shackleford is most well known for performing in and directing viral videos for the female comedy trio "SketchShe" which have amassed over half a billion views world-wide. Performing on shows such as Ellen Degeneres and Good Morning America, her work has been featured on Mashable, BuzzFeed, Time Magazine, CBS News, CNN, Forbes and The Huffington Post.

Shackleford has directed numerous branded content campaigns and commercials for Hewlett Packard, Benefit Cosmetics, Bayer, Viacom, Twix, Kotex, Logitec and McDonalds amongst many others.She has recently written and directed a TV  series entitled POSSE, the result of receiving the highly prestigious Gender Matters Grant from Screen Australia. She is also set to direct a feature film in the near future entitled "Bottoms Up".
